Experiences Trip (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website experiencestrip.com and offers tours and transfers in the Dominican Republic. Our business address is 2187 SW 1st St, Suite 1029, Miami, FL 33135, United States.

By accessing or using the website, or by making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Bookings and the role of Experiences Trip

Experiences Trip arranges tours and transfers operated on the ground by us and by partner operators. When you book, you enter into a contract for the provision of the selected experience, subject to these terms and to the specific conditions shown on each service page.

You are responsible for providing accurate booking details (names, dates, pickup locations, contact information) and for arriving at the meeting point or pickup location on time.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes unless noted on the service page. Prices and availability may change until a booking is confirmed.

Payment is handled through our payment providers. We do not store full card details on our servers.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, refunds and date changes are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful content.

You are responsible for ensuring that you and anyone in your party meet the health, fitness and documentation requirements of the experiences you book.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics, photographs and software — is owned by Experiences Trip or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the website or from a booking is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Experiences and transfers involve inherent risks (sea conditions, weather, transport). We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and, with respect to services delivered on the ground, by the applicable laws of the Dominican Republic.

If you have a problem with a booking, please contact us first at info@experiencestrip.com. We aim to resolve any complaint within 30 days, and most issues are settled this way.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the competent courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida — except where the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence give you the right to bring proceedings before your local courts.

If you believe a payment is incorrect, please contact us before requesting a chargeback from your bank, so we can review it and issue any refund due directly.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
